John Harter Fager, 85 of Ambler, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010 in the Dresher Hill Nursing Home in Dresher.

Born in Maumee, OH, he was the son of the late Raymond and Clara (nee Vine) Fager.

He served in the Marine Corps during WW II from 1943 to 1946.He was an Engineer and a long time employee of General Electric’s Defense Division in Philadelphia until his retirement.

Mr. Fager is survived by daughters Karen Fager of Warrenton, VA and Sonya Gunther of Horsham PA.

Funeral Service is private. Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.
